How to measure your wrist
  1. Wrap a flexible tape measure, string, or strip of paper around your wrist just above the wrist bone.
  2. Keep it snug but not tight, then mark or note where the ends meet.
  3. Measure that length and compare it to the maximum wrist size shown above.
